The 40-Port Smart AC Mobile Charging Cart (Product Model - SEMR40) is a centralized charging and management system for mobile equipment.

SEMR40 includes a multitude of powerful functions such as smart activation, total power protection, power overload protection, and smart cooling system allowing users to charge their devices without worry. The 40-Port Smart AC Mobile Charging Cart is built with solid cold rolled steel and agile omnidirectional caster wheels. This is the optimal solution for multi-device storage in schools or organizations as it can protect valuable equipment while making their transportation a simple task. Independent power supply racks and intuitive cable design means it's easy to organize cables and equipment for convenient use.

Blue Indicator: A lit indicator means the port is currently charging; a flashing indicator means output has been cut off due to overload

Protective action

 

1.   When single socket output exceeds OCP current, PDU turns off output current.

2.   When the total output current of all sockets exceeds TCP, PDU will close the current of sockets 4, 5, 6, if it is still exceeding TCP, PDU will close the largest output of sockets 1, 2, 3.  Until the total output does not exceed the limit.
  1. When the total current exceeds 13.5A±10%, the PDU get into the TCP mode, the PDU is detected every 10 minutes, and it is detected whether the current is lower than 13.5A±10%, the OLED display issues a warning "TCP" sign, then long press the left and right buttons, and then detect the current again.
  2. When single port cause TCP active->Stop Charging until 10 times in 10 minutes, PDU will stop detection and stop charging. OLED display issued a warning "OCP Remove Load", Long press the left and right button to release warning.
